"Symptoms
When attempting to join a conference using the Guest Attendee Web site, the following error message is received:
“ERROR: The resource you requested is no longer available from the servers or the specified user no longer has access to it.”
Cause
The Domain Global group for the Guest Attendee accounts has not been assigned to the Citrix Metaframe Conferencing Manager published application.
Resolution
Through the Presentation Server Management Console, add the Guest Attendees’ Domain Global Group to the list of permitted users.
More Information
The Guest Attendees’ Domain Local Group should have permissions to following resources in order for them to successfully join a conference:
• On a Windows Server 2003, they should be a member of the Remote Desktop Users machine local group or they should be given at least Guest Access permissions on the ICA listener.
• In the Management Console, the group has to be on the Users list for both the Citrix MetaFrame Conferencing Manager and for the Citrix Conference Room published applications.
