Please help: why cannot access the licensing server?

Please help: why cannot access the licensing server?

The network map like this:


and in the each host can ping each other's IP or Name.



the Citrix licensing server runs ok and the port 2700o is listening:


But the Presentation Server can not access the Licensing Server either by IP or hostname.



I am not sure is the license match the version but in the another lab using the same license and installation files makes the server run.
And I tried take off the domain, put the two into the same workplace(the ip address can not be changed, also 10.69.16.54 and 10.69.29.54),  the same result.

Please give me a hand for solving this problem, thank you!

oh.

have a firewall in the network interconnect?
except the license server need to open the 27000 port.AND the cps server need to access the citrix dameon port(dynamic port)to get license service.so u can special a static port to the dameon process.

so i recommend ,put the license server and cps to one subnet,or same machine.

u can use the command "telnet 10.69.29.54 27000" on the CPS server.
