You cannot print on a Presentation Server 4.0 system with Presentation Server Client 9.0 or later and McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i or McAfee Enterprise 8.0i installed.
For example:
When printing from a Presentation Server 4.0 system to a client machine using version 9.0 or later of the Presentation Server Client, the print job never prints. The job spools and despools on the server but never appears to be spooled on the client.
Cause
The print model (in Presentation Server 4.0 and version 9.0 and later of the Presentation Server Client) ushers all client print data into a client-side temporary file in the user’s temporary directory. This temporary file is then opened by a helper application (PCL2BMP.EXE for Printer Command Language (PCL) and PostScript data, CPVIEWER.EXE for Enhanced Metafile (EMF) data). When the helper application tries to open this temporary file, it may be denied access.
Status
This issue will be resolved in VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i Patch 1, which is scheduled for release by the end of March 2007.

Resolution
Contact McAfee Technical Support for McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i Patch 1.

Downgrade the Presentation Server Client to version 8.1 or earlier.
Note: Downgrading the client may result in a loss of functionality. Consult the respective client's Administrator’s Guide to determine what features are not supported with older client versions.

好象就是打印池中的文件存在临时文件夹中,不被MCAFEE允许访问。不过我安装的Citrix,许多用户也用的是Mcafee,没有出现过这样的问题呀。
