公司环境在PS 4.0环境中，web interface 方式。上级有要求，想要一些用户去看另一些用户在citrix里的操作过程，以便进行技术支持。但处于安全和隐私考虑，最好能设置只让特定的用户去看特定的一批用户的操作界面。
不知可行么。

you can setup shadowing for selected users in policy, and publish the wshadow.exe to those users.
Then they can do one to many or many to many user shadowing.
You need to study how to apply and design that shadowing policy.
Of course you can use conference manager , but I like to use policy setup.

我按提示发布wshadow.exe后(所有服务器上都发布了(,发现在"Users"这里,只能显示个别用户,不能显示完全(有几十个用户在线).还有的用户甚至一个用户都不显示.请求帮助.

还有一个办法。发布AMC.给用户访问amc的权限。即可showad用户
