citrix licenses error

最近刚刚装了一个cps 4.5版本玩玩，安装过程按教程装一切还顺利，，可是安装完后，重新启动一直跳出“citrix licenses error"的对话框，我知道是因为没有licenses的关系 。。但是现在我在WEB里面输入用户名和密码都登入不了。提示”The supplied credentials could not be validated. Either they are incorrect, or there is a problem with the authentication system. Try again, or contact your help desk or system administrator for help. “
不知道是不是和licenses的关系。。。那没有licenses就不能试用了吗？
请问版主是怎么回事呀。。谢谢。

1.没有license的话根本不影响你登录webinterface
2.原因应该是你输入的用户名密码/域错误
3.你的xml端口配置有问题

可是按你说的用户名和域错误，我不知道错在哪里，因为我那个是用户是新建的呀，而且已经把这个用户加入administrator用户组了，还有端口可能有问题，，我应该怎么去排查？？因为我都是按照默认的模式安装citrix服务器的，由于刚接触这个，不熟，请指明方向，谢谢~

还有。。我装好在本机登入都无法登入，，没有发布到外网，就在内网试的。。

检查你发布的站点.里面指定的xml端口你是否有改过.
安装过程中你有改过xml端口吗

没有呀。今天把网站卸载了。重新新建一个都不行。。全部都是按默认的方式新建的。。说明一下。我是单机，没有弄域。。不知道在那个认证那里应该如何设置？需不需要设置。。还是用默认的就行？

以上是建站和设置站点的一些信息。。有错误吗？都是按默认的。

可以在acm-webinterface--(发布的网站中)选择configure authentication methods 然后选中anonymous那么匿名就可以登录了。或者将你所在的用户组选中也可以。

哦也。搞定了。。我现在才记得安装那个xml端口的时候把它改成8080了。。而发布站点的时候还是设成80。。所以不行。。不知道是不是这个问题。。。谢谢以上各位，是我的问题，，版主说对了。。。

我遇到的问题也是提示：ERROR: An error has occurred while connecting to the requested resource.  
但是有几个用户能登入，用户数量无规律，间断性提示错误，不知道是那里出问题

1.你的服务器性能很差.用户不多就开始不接受用户请求.
2.ima服务是否停止了
