citrix配置问题

最近搭建了citrix FR3系统，但是不知道怎么通过这个软件发布程序，以及创建帐号，授权帐号访问发布程序。
麻烦各位知道的高手指导一下，谢谢了啊！

经过一番周折，现在已经能够发布程序了，但是登陆以后，启动发布的程序的时候。系统提示：“the citirx meteframe server you have selected in no accpting connecionts”
这个是要在什么地方授权啊。。郁闷啊，找了半天都找不到！！

在运行中输入

change logon /enable

我用这个方式试了，还是提示那个信息这是为什么啊,
快疯掉了

到change logon /query
查询当前是否允许用户登录

我使用这条命令以后,提示说:"会话登录现在已被启用".就这样
在"Management Console"里"licenses"的licenses numbers 里就只有"meataframe xpe 1.0 for windows"这一条
我看资料里面这里都是2条或4条.
但是我想添加Licenses也添加不了.在左边的"licenses"点鼠标右键,就只有一个刷新,没有ADD了,不知道为什么

我重新换了一个用户登陆可以进行操作了,可能是昨天不小心把administrator的权限给限制了

现在客户端通过WEB登陆访问应用程序的时候还是提示"the citirx meteframe server you have selected in no accpting connecionts".真是一件很郁闷的事情啊

我在安装citrix的服务器本机登陆的时候系统提示:
"the following citrix product is installed but has no licenses:metaframe connection.citrix products will not function until licenses are installed.please check the product packaging for your license number and use the citrix management console located in the citrix group to add licenses.
the unauthorized duplication of software is a criminal offense. to learn about or report software piracy,visit the software & information industry  association at [url]www.siia.net.[/url]"

能够打开我发布的程序,
我在management console 的License Numbers里面分别添加了:
"metaframe xps 1.0 connection pack"
"metaframe xps 1.0 connection pack"
"metaframe xpe 1.0 for windows "
"metaframe xpe 1.0 for windows,feature release 3 "
"citrix user license pack"
添加了这几个
